Arrangements for Repaying Your Mortgage Loan:
Your monthly repayments which fall due on the 10th of each month are normally collected by Direct Debit from your Irish Nationwide savings account or another current account nominated by you. Interest accrues from the date the Society issues your loan cheque and in the case of the first repayment, the interest from the date of issue of the loan cheque to the end of that month is payable immediately. Thereafter, your first full monthly repayment will be due on the 10th of the following month.
