Residential Investment
For Residential Investment Property loans, the Society will consider applications for annuity and endowment / pension loans plus an interest only term as determined by the Society for a specified period of time (maximum of 5 years) and not the full term of the loan.
The maximum Loan to Value for a Residential Investment Property is 75%”.
