Irish Nationwide does not charge for maintaining the service and will include your insurance premiums in your monthly repayments.

- Mortgage Payment Insurance -
competitive protection policy that has been designed to help you meet your monthly mortgage commitments if you are unable to work as a result of an accident, sickness, unemployment or hospitalisation.
The option to take up this cover is only available up to 30 days after the loan cheque is drawn down.
- Buildings Insurance -
it is impossible to sufficiently stress the importance of adequately insuring what is probably your most valuable possession. Once contracts have been exchanged you should ensure that the property purchased is adequately insured. The property should be insured for the reinstatement value - this is the cost if the property is totally destroyed and has to be rebuilt.
- Term Assurance -
life cover that repays your mortgage if the unthinkable happened and you became terminally ill or died before you had repaid your mortgage.
